  • How to register?
    Using the application form available here. The registration form will be active from mid-February 2023.


  • When will I get my ticket?
    The ticket will be generated and sent to the address provided in the application form as soon as the registration is verified.


  • Is registration paid?
    Those who are directly related to the food industry receive a free ticket to the exhibition. Persons representing other industries purchase a ticket for PLN 150.


  • Are there food outlets on site?
    Yes, there is a restaurant on the exhibition halls.


  • Is there a cloakroom at the exhibition?
    Yes, the cloakroom costs PLN 3 and is located in the main hall of the fairgrounds.


  • Is parking at EXPO XXI?
    Yes, there is a car park directly next to the EXPO XXI halls.
    Parking is paid:
first hour 8 PLN
each subsequent hour 6 PLN
all day 70 PLN
  • How will I get to the fair?
    You can get to EXPO XXI Warsaw by taxi, city bus or your own car.
    Location Bus: navigation of public transport at www.warszawa.jakdojade.pl 


  • Until when can I book a stand?
    Stands can be booked to a month before the fair, but we recommend that you register as early as possible due to the limited availability of attractive locations.


  • What is the minimum stand size?
    The minimum size of a stand is 9m2, exceptionally, 6m2 stands or stands in the so-called shared area.


  • Can we count on your technical support in preparing the stand?
    Yes, our technical department is at your disposal. It is worth using their help to present yourself at the exhibition in the best possible way and optimize costs. If you have any questions, please contact us: technical@worldfood.pl.


  • Do you offer marketing services?
    Yes, we have prepared a wide range of marketing activities for the Exhibitors. The catalog with marketing services can be found here.


  • Can I print marketing materials through you?
    Yes, our technical department will present you with an offer for the production of marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at: technical@worldfood.pl 


  • Can you cover the stand with marketing materials?
    Yes, our technical department has an offer to cover the stand and install all marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at: technical@worldfood.pl.


  • How many tickets does the exhibitor receive?
    The exhibitor receives one pass per 3 m2 of the stand.


  • How can I get access to the Wi-Fi?
    Wi-Fi codes (in the amount indicated in the contract) will be available at the Exhibitors’ registration point located in the main hall. If the Exhibitor did not have a Wi-Fi code purchased in the contract or their number is insufficient, it is possible to purchase additional codes at the registration point.
